Use this form to request the use of one or more of our many meeting rooms, gymnasium, gospel center, and kitchen.

Wedding Application
Please read all information carefully before submitting this form. A $50 non-refundable fee must accompany this form to reserve a date.

Church Constitution
The constitution of the Gaylord Evangelical Free Church includes the statement of belief, purpose, membership, officers, business meetings, standing, amendments, provision for by-laws, and property rights.

The By-Laws of the Gaylord Evangelical Free Church includes information on membership, qualifications and duties of officers and boards, order of business meeting and method of voting, election, calling and termination, conflict resolution and dicipline.
